Coveo Sub-processors

Coveo Solutions, Inc. and its Affiliates listed below (“Coveo”) engage the entities identified on this page (“Sub-processors”) to process Customer Data, including Personal Data, in order to provide and improve the Services, including the AI Services. Before Coveo engages any Sub-processor, Coveo performs a due diligence on the Sub-processor's data protection practices in order to ensure that it provides the required level of protection for Customer Data. Sub-processors may process Customer Data in locations beyond those indicated in the table below in connection with the provision of the Services, including the AI Services; for details, please refer to each Sub-processor’s documentation linked below. All capitalized terms not defined on this page shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Customer Agreement.
