What are your billing options?
You can choose between agreements that are annual, three-year, or annual-evergreen with auto-renewal. All subscriptions are paid annually and in advance.
All prices are listed in USD and on a 3-year contract term. Contact us for pricing information on alternate terms and in alternate currencies, including CAD, EUR, GBP, or AUD.
What qualifies as a query?
A query is a Coveo Search API request that retrieves results. With Coveo, a query is counted when conducting a search, applying a filter, choosing a facet, sorting results, and navigating to a search results page.
Some search products track a query for every character that is typed in the search box, often referred to as search-as-you-type. Coveo predominantly relies upon query suggestions, only counting a query once the user submits the search. Search-as-you-type is of course available through Coveo, but can result in significantly more queries.
Can I power multiple sites with one Coveo license?
Yes, as long as they’re similar use cases.
Can I provide more than one search experience on the same platform or website?
Yes. We use the concept of search hubs to distinguish different experiences and the rules that govern them. For example, you might create one experience for your global website search and another for your community forum.
What happens if I hit my limit for monthly queries or indexed items?
We’ll celebrate! We offer flexible usage, so we’ll never automatically restrict your service or compromise your experiences. Instead, you'll work with your Coveo customer manager to review and determine the right level of usage for you.
