Coveo Solutions, Inc. and its Affiliates listed below (“Coveo”) engage the entities identified on this page (“Sub-processors”) to process Customer Data, including Personal Data, in order to provide and improve the Services, including the AI Services. Before Coveo engages any Sub-processor, Coveo performs a due diligence on the Sub-Processor's data protection practices in order to ensure that it provides the required level of protection for Customer Data. All capitalized terms not defined on this page shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Customer Agreement.
