This year Xero has won our Pinnacle Award for leveraging our Coveo Relevance Generative Answering solution as well as additional use cases of Coveo. Our Innovator Awards showcases Coveo customers who use AI every day to innovate for their customers, partners and employees – and pushes their business forward. We want to congratulate this year’s winners: Qualcomm, Dow, Cisco, Synopsys and finalists Genesys, Plex Systems.

With Coveo’s robust, secure architecture and professional services team of experts, Synopsys implemented Synopsys Search Service quickly with minimal costs, while like security risks, performance issues, relevancy issues and more.

Thanks to the implementation of Coveo, Cisco was able to reduce content gap by 50% and increase in CTR by 4% in 4 months.

Dow had over 1.2M visits engage with their site search experience; with Coveo, they reduced no-result searches by 29%, and influenced over half of all clicks on search results based on AI capabilities.

Since go-live in May 2023, Qualcomm has observed 500 confirmed case deflections per month and an average 3,300 assumed case deflections per month. This has resulted in a ~8% case deflection rate amongst their target case sample.

Impact Award

Our Impact award rewards Coveo customers whose efforts and successes have made a clear impact on business outcomes. With tangible results and impressive metrics, they achieved the highest impact on revenue or profitability by deploying Coveo in their employee, customer and/or commerce experience. We want to congratulate Deckers, Cadence, SS&C Blue Prism and Grant Thornton and finalists Salesforce and F5.

Since their deployment of Coveo in 2018, Cadence saw an explicit case deflection increase by 40.8%.

Grant Thornton saw a 100% increase in search efficiency and an enhanced search engagement: 1.19 million searches were initiated, with a 12% increase in engaged searches and an 11% decrease in abandoned searches compared to the previous year.

With Coveo, SS&C Blue Prism has achieved an ROI of 130% by deflecting cases from Community visitors alone.
