When we first started looking for an online community platform, some of the pain points that we that we needed something that really could integrate to our membership system. For a long time, our members didn't really have a way to connect with each other. We really needed a community. We needed to have a discussion platform and a way for them to connect. Previously, we were using listservs. It did provide the sense of community that we were hoping for our members to have. What's nice about the, higher logic platform is that it allows us to look at the metrics, to look at the numbers, see who's engaged, and make recommendations to the people who are leading these communities. We can make the dialogue last longer to go deeper and get people to know each other and solve each other's problems. Almost two or three months after we got the community and running. The high logic team tee up and running. The most engaged group of folks for CEOs. That doesn't happen. I've been trying most of my career to get CEOs to engage and things other than board meetings. And the types of conversations they were having were those really hard conversations that that that they need to have with other CEOs. We just rolled out our, bootstrap site. It now complements a brand new website that we launched in the fall. And, really Hirelogic was behind all of that, but it made us look really good. So thanks Hirelogic for that one. Hirelogic is great. They make great software. I think what I like the most about what they do is they help us build thriving communities. They're active. They're active in that community and they're active trying to help us do our jobs better. The best technology related thing we've done in the last, who knows how long, is worth the finalizing. They understand what we do.
