Coveo Welcomes Global Investor QIA to Its Shareholder Base With Further Participation From Québec’s FSTQ

March 31, 2021 (Montreal, QC) Coveo, a leader in AI-powered relevance platforms that transform search, recommendations, and personalization within digital experiences, today announced that it welcomes Qatar Investment Authority (“QIA”) as a new minority shareholder, along with further participation from FSTQ (Fonds de Solidarité FTQ), a current institutional shareholder based in Montréal, Québec.

“We are pleased to welcome global investor QIA to our shareholder base as they look to further invest in the AI and SaaS software space, as well as the further participation by our longtime shareholder FSTQ,” said Louis Têtu, CEO and Chairman of Coveo.

Full terms of the transaction will not be disclosed. Norton Rose Fulbright acted as legal advisor in connection with the transaction.
