AI Solutions Leader Coveo Welcomes eCommerce Executive Brian McGlynn

Coveo, a leader in AI-powered business solutions, welcomes Brian McGlynn, a long-time tech industry veteran, as Vice President of Commerce. This important addition to the management team is aligned with the company’s strategy for Digital Commerce: to make each customer experience more relevant with Coveo AI-powered conversion engines, addressing the growing industry demand for better shopping experiences that understand individual context, detect intent and anticipate buying needs.

McGlynn was most recently the General Manager of Intershop’s Americas business unit where he led the organization’s recent growth including entering new market segments with B2C and B2B commerce offerings.

Brian McGlynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Concordia University. His expertise includes enterprise sales leadership, general management, tech-industry startups, and domain expertise in eCommerce, digital media, customer experience (CX) and AI/Big Data.
