Coveo’s Third Annual Community Event Brings 400 Industry Experts, Customers and Partners Together

Coveo, the leader in AI-powered business solutions, today confirmed keynote line-ups for its third annual community event, Coveo Impact, taking place May 22 to 24 in San Francisco.

This year’s theme,“Relevance Rising,” reflects the realities that people expect real-time, individualized content wherever and whenever they interact with companies - on web sites, apps, stores, and intranets - and that the only way to meet those expectations is with artificial intelligence. Becoming relevant in every interaction is now imperative for companies to compete in today’s economy: delivering a million experiences to a million people, moving from personas to persons.

Hundreds of customers, as well as partners, analysts and industry leaders are expected to attend to be inspired by what they can do with artificial intelligence, connect with industry-leading AI, CX and DX experts and enhance their knowledge of how to transform digital experiences with machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Brendan Witcher, Vice President and Principal Analyst of Digital Business Strategy with Forrester Research, will deliver a keynote entitled “Personalization Redefined: How Individualization is the New Bar for Relevance.” Witcher serves digital business strategy professionals and is an expert on consumer behavior and technology trends in the commerce engagement space. He will explore the key pillars supporting the next evolution of personalization and why going beyond segmentation to individualization is required to win the loyalty of today’s digitally savvy consumer.

Tetu will deliver the opening keynote: “Relevance Rising: Competing in the AI-Takes-All Economy,” joined onstage by Rosalind Litchfield, Vice President of Product Management at Salesforce, and Peter Cook, Vice President of Digital Transformation, F5 Networks. Tetu will share why an AI-powered relevance transformation strategy is imperative for companies that aspire to grow sales faster, improve customer satisfaction, and make employees more proficient.

Coveo Chief Technology Officer, President and Co-Founder Laurent Simoneau will also deliver a keynote, “Relevance Everywhere: The Coveo Platform Vision,” to share the present and future of Coveo’s AI-powered relevance platform. Dan Cornwell, Director of eCommerce and Digital Experience at Famous Footwear, and Nigel Piper, Executive General Manager of Customer Success at Xero, will join him for the discussion.
