Coveo Announces Dominic Lajoie as Chief Information Officer and Tom Melzl as Senior Vice President of Sales to Support Continued Growth Worldwide

Coveo, the industry leader in AI-powered search and recommendations technology, announced today the expansion of its senior leadership team with Dominic Lajoie as chief information officer and Tom Melzl as senior vice president of sales.

Prior to his promotion, Lajoie served as senior vice president of services at Coveo for 12 years where he was instrumental in helping customers adopt and leverage Coveo and AI to grow, improve service, and increase workplace proficiency. In his new role as CIO, Lajoie will be responsible for defining and delivering a digital strategy across the enterprise to aid the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Melzl’s extensive 20 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience will be instrumental in continuing Coveo’s rapid growth and expansion. Melzl’s global responsibilities span all aspects of the sales process across Enterprise and Commercial customers, including leading the Sales, Sales Development and Sales Engineering teams at Coveo.
