Coveo Solutions Inc.’s Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (“MYAP”) is also available in accessible Word and PDF formats. For alternate formats please get in touch with Coveo’s HR department at hr@coveo.com.

Coveo Solutions Inc. (“Coveo”, or the “Company” or “we”) will provide this MYAP (and any annual Accessibility Compliance Report) in an accessible format and with appropriate communication supports, upon request, in a timely manner and at no additional cost, and will consult with the person making the request to determine suitability.

Introduction

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (“AODA”) Multi-Year Accessibility Plan is a public-facing roadmap for meeting obligations under the AODA, and for preventing and removing barriers to accessibility across the Company.

As prescribed under the AODA, the MYAP must be updated every five years. Coveo’s current MYAP is in effect from April 2026 to March 31, 2031.

This MYAP is prepared and maintained in accordance with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (Ontario Regulation 191/11) (the “IASR”), including the requirement to establish, implement, maintain, and document a multi-year accessibility plan and post the plan on Coveo’s website (and provide the plan in an accessible format upon request).

Alternate formats of the MYAP or annual status reports can be obtained by emailing hr@coveo.com, by contacting the HR team via Coveo@coveo, by calling 514-375-0126, by contacting your line manager, or by contacting your department’s human resources business partner.

Coveo has designated HR as the internal owner of this MYAP and the primary contact for accessibility requests and feedback. HR will co-ordinate with Legal, IT, and other relevant business functions across the Company to implement this MYAP and monitor compliance.

Accessible Emergency Information

Coveo is committed to providing customers and clients with publicly available emergency information in an accessible format upon request. Coveo will also provide employees with disabilities with individualized emergency response information when required.

Coveo will provide workplace emergency response information to employees with disabilities, where the disability is such that the individualised information is necessary and Coveo is aware of the need for accommodation due to the disability, and will provide the information as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the need. Coveo will also review individualised workplace emergency response information when the employee moves locations, the employee’s overall accommodations needs or plan are reviewed, and when Coveo reviews its general emergency response policies.

Training

Coveo will provide training to employees and other staff members on Ontario’s accessibility laws and on the Human Rights Code as it relates to people with disabilities. Training will be provided in a way that best suits the duties of employees and other staff members. All employees based in Ontario must also complete training on the customer service standard and Ontario Human Rights Code.

Coveo will take the following steps to ensure employees are provided with the necessary training:

  • Post our Accessibility Policy and training guide on our internal website
  • Ensure all current employees and new employees have received the Accessibility Policy and training guide as part of their onboarding package

Information and communications

Coveo is committed to meeting the communication needs of people with disabilities. We will consult with people with disabilities to determine their information and communication needs.

Coveo will continue to take the following steps to ensure all new websites and content on our websites conforms with WCAG 2.0, Level A:

  • Review new content and ensure it is up to date with WCAG 2.0., Level A
  • Make any amendments as necessary

Furthermore, Coveo aims to attain and maintain WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.

Coveo has taken the following steps to make sure existing feedback processes are accessible to people with disabilities upon request:

  • List feedback processes in the Company’s Accessibility Policy
  • Encourage people with feedback to contact the Company’s HR department at HR@Coveo.com or 514-375-0126.

Coveo will ensure that its processes for receiving and responding to feedback are accessible to persons with disabilities, by providing or arranging for accessible formats and communication supports, upon request.

Coveo will make sure all publicly available information is made accessible upon request by April 2026 including, but not limited to, large print, read aloud, etc.

Employment

Coveo will notify employees of Coveo’s policies used to support employees with disabilities, including (as applicable) policies on the provision of job accommodations that take into account an employee’s accessibility needs due to disability. Coveo will provide updated information to employees whenever there is a change to these policies.

Where an employee with a disability requests it, Coveo will consult with the employee to provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication supports for: (a) information that is needed in order to perform the employee’s job; and (b) information that is generally available to employees in the workplace.

Coveo will develop and maintain a confidential written process for the development of documented individual accommodation plans for employees with disabilities, including the elements required by the IASR (including participation of the employee, assessment, and review/updates).

Coveo will take into account the accessibility needs of employees with disabilities, as well as individual accommodation plans, when using performance management processes, providing career development and advancement, and when redeploying employees.
