Sub-processors list
for Coveo’s hosted services

Coveo Solutions, Inc. or its Affiliates listed below (“Coveo”), engages the following entities (each a “Sub-processor”, including the relevant Affiliates) to process Customer Data in order to provide and improve the Hosted Services. Before Coveo engages any Sub-processor, Coveo performs a due diligence on its data protection practices in order to ensure that it provides the required level of protection for Customer Data. Non-defined capitalized terms used on this page have the meaning set forth in the Customer Agreement.

Subscribe to Sub-processor Updates

To subscribe to updates to this webpage, including additions or replacements to the Sub-processor list, please fill out the form below. By submitting the information, you represent that you are a duly authorized representative of a current Coveo customer.

Current customers with a fully executed data processing agreement (“DPA”) in place with Coveo may object to the use of a new Sub-processor by notifying Coveo in writing following the receipt of the notification of a new Sub-processor. Objections will be addressed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the DPA.
