We’re seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our growing Enterprise Architecture (EA) team within Coveo’s IT organization. This is a pivotal role for someone who can wear both technical and strategic hats. Leveraging your deep knowledge of integration, APIs, and automation, you’ll act as a critical link between business and technology, shaping strategic architecture while driving the execution of practical, high-impact solutions.
Here is a glimpse at your responsibilities:
- Design and document solution architectures for major cross-functional projects. Focus on integration, automation, and AI enablement.
- Support the evaluation and selection of technologies and platforms. Ensure they align with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Translate business requirements into high-level system designs, interface specs, and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, and Business teams. Ensure solutions fit architecturally and are sustainable.
- Work with the Director of EA to assess the impact of new solutions while making sure they align with the capability models and roadmaps.
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and other governance forums.
- Maintain architecture documentation, reference models, and reusable solution patterns.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 8+ years of experience designing technical solutions in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with system integration, APIs, workflow automation, and cloud-native architectures.
Here is what would make you stand out:
- Certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF Foundation), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with AI/ML components or automation platforms (e.g., RPA, LLM APIs, AI SaaS platforms) is an advantage.
