Join our Product Design team!

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll own the creation of user-centered designs that are both functional and visually compelling. You will lead the strategic direction and oversight of the design system effort. You will play a key role in shaping the overall user experience of our products and collaborate closely with talented product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver best-in-class experiences.

A glimpse at your day-to-day:

  • Partner with a tight knit cross-functional team of product managers, front-end developers and designers to integrate the design system seamlessly into product workflows and delivery pipelines.
  • Design, build and regularly evolve a comprehensive library of reusable UI components and design patterns - following the principles of proximity, accessibility, typography and iconography.
  • Take ownership of the design system and UI consistency, ensuring cohesive user experiences across products by maintaining and evolving component libraries, design tokens, and cross-functional design standards.
  • Champion the adoption of the design system by including review checkpoints, training processes, and feedback loops across the teams.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and elegant solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  • Work autonomously, with support when needed from your trusted peers - your expertise is trusted.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role, where you’ve demonstrated your experience across the product life cycle and collaborated in all phases of an agile delivery process with design, product and development colleagues.
  • Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, accessibility and usability principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack of communicating design system value and rationale to both design and non-design audiences
  • Proficiency with Figma and component libraries

What would make you stand out:

  • Familiarity and curiosity with LLMs or RAG
  • Familiarity with design tokens and front-end frameworks
  • Your experience navigating complex product environments in an autonomous manner
