Join our Product Design team!
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll own the creation of user-centered designs that are both functional and visually compelling. You will lead the strategic direction and oversight of the design system effort. You will play a key role in shaping the overall user experience of our products and collaborate closely with talented product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver best-in-class experiences.
A glimpse at your day-to-day:
- Partner with a tight knit cross-functional team of product managers, front-end developers and designers to integrate the design system seamlessly into product workflows and delivery pipelines.
- Design, build and regularly evolve a comprehensive library of reusable UI components and design patterns - following the principles of proximity, accessibility, typography and iconography.
- Take ownership of the design system and UI consistency, ensuring cohesive user experiences across products by maintaining and evolving component libraries, design tokens, and cross-functional design standards.
- Champion the adoption of the design system by including review checkpoints, training processes, and feedback loops across the teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive and elegant solutions.
- Ensure consistency and adherence to design systems, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Work autonomously, with support when needed from your trusted peers - your expertise is trusted.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role, where you’ve demonstrated your experience across the product life cycle and collaborated in all phases of an agile delivery process with design, product and development colleagues.
- Strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, accessibility and usability principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack of communicating design system value and rationale to both design and non-design audiences
- Proficiency with Figma and component libraries
What would make you stand out:
- Familiarity and curiosity with LLMs or RAG
- Familiarity with design tokens and front-end frameworks
- Your experience navigating complex product environments in an autonomous manner

Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
