Own the systems that power how we go to market!
How do you turn business strategy into scalable, well-adopted go-to-market (GTM) systems? In this role, you’ll own the direction and value of Coveo’s go-to-market systems portfolio, ensuring our tools truly support sales, marketing, and revenue teams as the business evolves.
You’ll act as the strategic anchor for GTM systems, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and long-term vision. This is a senior, cross-functional role focused on clarity, prioritization, and outcomes, not day-to-day execution.
As our Portfolio Owner, GTM Systems, you will:
- Own the vision, roadmap, and long-term evolution of the GTM systems portfolio.
- Partner with business leaders to translate go-to-market strategy into system initiatives.
- Prioritize work at the portfolio level, making clear trade-offs when priorities compete.
- Act as the connective tissue between product teams, system admins, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Partner with business owners to drive adoption and effective change management, ensuring systems deliver measurable business value.
- Establish governance and access controls in collaboration with technical system owners across GTM platforms.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience owning or evolving CRM, marketing automation, and revenue-related systems.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies within a SaaS environment along with a mindset focused on business outcomes, not just feature delivery.
- Strong ability to define direction, prioritize initiatives, and make informed trade-offs.
- Comfortable working with technical concepts, system integrations, and architectural constraints.
What will make you stand out:
- Senior experience as a product owner, business systems lead, or similar role supporting go-to-market teams.
- Familiarity with change management and driving adoption at scale.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across business, technical, and operational teams.
- Experience managing vendors and multi-system portfolios across platforms.
