- Lead, optimize, and document our payroll processes in Workday, in partnership with HR and Finance.
- Oversee the integrity of employee data for hires, departures, and internal changes within our systems.
- Manage month-end and year-end payroll-related activities with a strategic eye on compliance and efficiency.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, administration, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in payroll within a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
- Proficiency with Excel and ease navigating complex payroll systems.
- Functional bilingualism (French and English) to effectively support our global teams.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience with Workday or another integrated HRIS platform.
- A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process documentation.
- Solid knowledge of payroll-related tax and legal requirements in Canada, the U.S., and Europe.
- Natural leadership, strong autonomy, team spirit, and a sharp attention to detail.
