As a Senior Analyst, Workday Financial Systems within our people and finance systems team, you will be at the center of optimizing and evolving our Workday platform. Collaborating with Finance, FP&A, Payroll and IS, to deliver strategic projects that are visible, impactful and move fast. You won’t just maintain systems: you will help shape them.
As our Senior Analyst, Workday Financial Systems, you will:
- Maintain, configure, and optimize financial modules, business processes, workflows, and approval chains in Workday.
- Design and build custom reports and dashboards for Finance leadership and executives, delivering clear and actionable insights.
- Ensure the security, administration, and efficiency of Workday environments while safeguarding data and aligning with internal controls.
- Act as the main point of contact for Finance-related Workday issues, fostering strong collaboration with internal teams.
- Support Workday updates by testing new features and recommending relevant improvements.
- Identify opportunities to simplify Finance processes and propose automations to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- At least 2 years of experience working with enterprise cloud applications for financial management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting operations (e.g. accounts payable, general ledger, FP&A).
What will make you stand out:
- Hands-on experience with Workday or any certification within Workday.
- Experience supporting Finance teams from a systems or technical perspective, with a customer-first mindset.
- A results-driven approach, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver on key objectives.

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
