As one of our Full-Stack Solution Engineer, you will:

  • Design, Build, Maintain, and Innovate centralized demonstrations in our “Field Demo Environment” that are verticalized, flexible and reusable.
  • Develop and deliver your own demos for our Commercial accounts including RFX responses and Coveo Solution overviews.
  • Identify and Build “tooling,” processes and documentation that will help us operationally do things better, faster, and smarter.
  • Provide support to our Field SEs with demo solution build. 
  • Enable teammates and colleagues from other teams on tools, techniques, etc. and “rise the tide for all
  • Liaise and actively collaborate with our peers in Product, R&D and Solution Architecture to make sure we are always sharing knowledge and exchanging the latest and greatest solutions and best practices.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 2+ years experience in Solution Engineering or related fields (Presales, Solution Consulting, or Professional Services) with strong project-scoping and discovery skills to identify key drivers and win deals. 
  • Full-stack development expertise: React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end; Python, Node.js, REST APIs, and JSON for back-end. 
  • Curious, adaptable builder who loves coding, learning new technologies, and quickly creating innovative proofs-of-concepts; especially leveraging AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) within user interfaces to build smart, conversational applications.

What would make you stand out (Nice-to-haves [5 bullet points max])

  • You can take a mockup and turn it into a pixel-perfect, live site using React, Material UI TypeScript (or comparable). Bonus points for graphic design skills or experience building polished POCs and mock-ups. 
  • You understand how search shapes great shopping and support experiences, from intuitive product discovery on e-commerce sites to effective self-service in knowledge bases.
  • You’ve worked across the platforms where Coveo makes and impact; Salesforce, ServiceNow, AEM, Zendesk, SAP and/or AWS, and love finding creative ways to embed intelligent search into real-world service and support experiences. 
  • You’re familiar with modern search engines such as Coveo (of course!), Solr, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies.

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Hybrid
Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.

Remote
