We’re looking for a Senior Advisor to support and lead some of the design and execution of foundational People programs and processes at Coveo. From process mapping and HR system improvements to project and change management and even enablement, this role is all about high-impact HR prioritized projects that shape how we work and scale our function.

As our Senior Advisor in our Center of Expertise, you will:
- Contribute to and/or lead the planning, coordination, and execution of prioritized People programs and projects.
- Optimize our processes through mapping, solutionning, documentationing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive knowledge management and clarity by turning expertise into accessible frameworks, documentation and tools.
- Act as a key liaison between the HR and Systems teams, aligning business needs with system capabilities.
- Support and/or lead user enablement, change management, and adoption strategies for assigned initiatives at various scales.
- Contribute to the evolution of our HR operating model by bringing structure and scale how we work.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on People programs, systems, Organizational Development or continuous improvement.
- Strong project/program management skills, with attention to detail and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience with HR systems like Workday or Greenhouse, and collaborative tools like Confluence, Notion, or Miro.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you’re someone who makes complexity easier to digest!
What will make you stand out:
- A design or systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to zoom in on details and zoom out on strategy, and a propension to leverage AI to get things done.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong writing and documentation skills.
- Previous experience in tech, SaaS, or high-growth companies where agility and structure must coexist.

Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
