Are you ready to let your creativity shine and bring your ideas to life?
By joining our marketing team, you’ll collaborate with our Copy and Communications teams to create captivating content that engages and inspires our audience. Your goal? To ensure that our messages resonate, whether with potential customers or internally, by ensuring that they are accessible and in tune with the voice of the customer.
As an intern, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Coveo’s market presence while encouraging meaningful interactions. If you’re motivated by the desire to make a real impact and hone your expertise, this internship is made for you!
What your typical day would look like:
- You start your day with a team meeting. You share your progress, discuss current projects and exchange ideas with the team to continue to inspire and support each other.
- You start the morning with a team meeting where you share your updates, hear the team’s progress on the different projects and share ideas to elevate each other.
- You then take time to proofread an upcoming external blog post, ensuring there are no mistakes in spelling, grammar or punctuation.
- Following that, you write up a few different versions of template LinkedIn posts that will be shared with employees to promote an exciting new announcement.
- After lunch, you spend time brainstorming new ways to drive engagement for our employee ambassador’s program.
- You then meet with your coach to discuss the challenges you’re currently facing. You finish the call shadowing them on their current tasks.
- The day is already coming to an end! You finish by working on an upcoming social post which will highlight our commerce business.
Here's what will qualify you for the role:
- You are currently studying in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related program.
- You have strong editing and writing skills, you can explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- You thrive in a dynamic work environment that is highly collaborative across many teams.
- You have strong attention to detail and organization skills.
And the cherry on top that will make you stand out:
- You’re bilingual (French and English)—not required, but a bonus! We have customers across the world so your audiences will speak both french and english!
- You’re curious by nature, you aren’t afraid to ask questions to strengthen your understanding!
- You have an analytical mindset and are constantly seeking out new ways to improve processes.

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.
Hybrid
Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
Remote
We hire from all over the world because the diversity of backgrounds fuels our continuous innovation. Our benefits will enable you to work comfortably from home, but you may be required to travel to attend our in-person team-building events.
