The cornerstone of an enabled sales team

Coveo is looking for a Manager of Sales Enablement programs to partner with our Commercial Operations Teams to identify, develop and deploy Sales Enablement Solutions. Working closely with Sales and Customer Management leadership, your charter will be to design and deliver enablement initiatives to ensure Coveo commercial teams are optimally enabled at all times.

Your mission? Help create and deliver sales enablement content and programs which will connect Coveo solutions to customer business challenges and help to drive meaningful customer/prospect conversations.

  • Work closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success and Customer management to deliver enablement programs;
  • Identify, create and manage compelling and meaningful content for training to enable sellers to accelerate pipeline and productivity;
  • Manage timelines, communications, and best practices around content / program development; 
  • Secure buy-in from the internal clients for the enablement programs; 
  • Drive cross-functional participation in program development and execution as required;
  • Produce eLearning modules using off the shelf technologies like Camtasia or Articulate 360.
  • Establish creative delivery and engagement mechanisms to enable the ongoing success of sellers and channel managers.

  • You have knowledge of and experience in selling and/or marketing Enterprise Software solution; 
  • You are familiar with LMS and Learning Content Management Best Practices;
  • You are excellent at presenting to executives & individual contributors; 
  • You are an excellent communicator (written and verbal); 
  • You are self-motivated, independent thinker who can define, drive and deliver on objectives; 
  • You can create and deliver high impact field facing content; 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; 
  • You have a proven track record of 5 years in a similar position; 
  • You have a can-do attitude and you don’t fear rolling up the sleeves and working in the trenches to understand perspectives and drive engagement;
  • In addition to experience, you have a MBA or a Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience and seniority.
