The opportunity

Pursuing the objective of building the highest quality team in the industry, Coveo is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow our ever expanding account base. With a strong technical team already in place, great existing customers and a game-changing technology, this is the ideal next career move for a highly-energetic, self-driven individual who wants to grow a client portfolio that already has some solid bases yet unlimited potential.

Typical duties include:

  • Passionately represent our company, share our vision and develop relationships. As an individual contributor, you will also participate to key events to generate business opportunities
  • Build and maintain, along with our alliances managers, quality relationships with key Coveo partners to grow our business from the West, Southwest and part of the Midwest regions
  • Build creative account strategies that focus on delivering the highest outcomes for our customers based on their very own operations.
  • Create comprehensive and compelling business proposals that challenge status-quo and convinces decision makers with crystal clear added-value
  • Manage named accounts through the pipeline from doing the right qualification and scoping of opportunities to closing them in no time!
  • Assess the resources required, the chances of closure, the process & timing and the financial benefits. This is crucial to the company’s success and so is the ability to report sales activity and track results at all times
  • Step up in the final stages, get the P.O. and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas

Your "success profile" should reflect

  • B2B software experience: Your previous targets were in the tech industry, financial services or manufacturing
  • Knowledgeable and ready: This is a senior role and our space is complex: experience in Search, Knowledge Management, CRM or ECM is a must to hit the ground running
  • Hunter profile: You’re driven and self-motivated. You are hungry and you have a track record of over-achieving quota to testify 
  • Seasoned: Experience managing complex software sales cycle from business champion to the C-level is key
  • Energetic: You thrive in a fast-paced environment
