We are seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and lead the charge in acquiring new enterprise customers. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on generating net-new business through strategic engagement with large, complex organizations. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and play a key role in expanding Coveo’s footprint in the enterprise market.

  • Act as a strategic ambassador for Coveo—represent our vision with conviction and build strong relationships with prospective enterprise customers.
  • As an individual contributor, focus on identifying and acquiring net new business, attending key industry events to generate high-quality pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our alliances managers to cultivate relationships with key partners that support your go-to-market efforts.
  • Develop tailored account strategies designed to solve each prospect’s unique challenges and maximize business outcomes.
  • Craft compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate the business value of Coveo’s AI-powered platform.
  • Evaluate deal potential, required resources, timelines, and financial impact—accurately forecasting and reporting progress throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead the final negotiation stages, secure the purchase order, and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

  • Expertise: You’re familiar with the customer service space—whether through CRM, helpdesk, or support platforms—and understand the strategic importance of improving self-service, agent productivity, and customer experience.
  • Hunter profile: you’re driven and self-motivated. You are hungry and you have a track record of over-achieving quota to testify. You don't wait for leads to come to you; you set yourself for success.
  • Challenger and Consultative sales approach: you consistently become an expert of the most complex technologies you sell in order to deliver high value to your customers.
  • Seasoned: you have 8+ years experience managing complex enterprise software sales cycle from business champions to C-levels.
  • MEDDPICC certification is a plus.
  • You’re humble, curious, creative, open and most importantly, passionate!

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Hybrid
Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.

Remote
