Become Commercial Operations Analyst, an essential player at Coveo by creating data analytics tools which will drive success to our sales initiatives. Thanks to your expertise, we will be able to better our decision-making process by bringing relevant data and insights and empowering the Commercial Operations team.

What will you do next?

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Operations (CommOps) and our internal clients to create and/or update reports and complex dashboards
  • Brief with the Field Operations and Information Systems business partners to establish the best practices for reporting analytics and Operational improvement
  • Work with our Internal Clients to identify and address operations needs.
  • Participate in special projects to deep dive on the relevant segments of our business to identify potential or areas of improvement
  • Assess incoming reporting needs to develop and integrate the process improvement requirements
  • Participate in ongoing CRM platform updates, enhancements and maintenance tasks
  • Lead special projects, such as QA’ing data, analyzing data oddities, building custom reporting, modelling and more

To ensure the team's success here is what we’ll look at in your profile:

  • BS/MS in Statistics, Business fields, from a university, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in similar position
  • Experience in analysis of CRM (including pipeline processes, reporting and dashboard)
  • Master of Excel/VBA and/or Google Sheets/Apps Script
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • A self-sufficient problem solver with a keen eye for cross functional collaboration opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Being able to work in our Montreal office
