As one of our Business Development Representatives, you will:

  • Qualify enterprise inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, partner channels, and website engagement, initiating warm outreach to uncover business needs and assess fit. 
  • Engage potential buyers through phone and email to spark interest, understand challenges, and book high-quality meetings.
  • Represent Coveo at select industry events, interacting with prospects face-to-face, generating demand, and driving pipeline from the field.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Coveo’s AI platform, enabling you to confidently guide prospects, ask the right questions, and connect their goals to the value our solutions can deliver.

  • A strong desire to grow in tech sales. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing early experience in sales or customer facing roles. 
  • Clear, confident communication  skills, paired with strong organization and follow-through,

  • Willingness and capability to learn complex AI concepts and translate customer challenges into high-level value conversations.

What will make you stand out:

  • B2B tech sales, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or AI-based products.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM tools.
  • Experience with B.A.N.T or Meddpicc methodologies.

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Hybrid
Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.

Remote
We hire from all over the world because the diversity of backgrounds fuels our continuous innovation. Our benefits will enable you to work comfortably from home, but you may be required to travel to attend our in-person team-building events.
