Be key to driving our Commerce LOB in EMEA! 

Coveo’s Commerce LoB drives AI-Powered personalised experiences on B2B and B2C eCommerce websites. We’ve got strong GTM & technical teams in place, strong customer advocates and game-changing technology.  

Reporting to the VP, Channel & Alliances EMEA, you will  run strategy and execution for everything partner-related to the Commerce LoB in EMEA. We are looking for a self-driven channel professional who thrives in a culture of excellence and learning, believes in a collaborative selling model and has a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives. You will help us take this unlimited potential to the next level! 

Here’s what the role will look like: 

  • Work with some of the leading software companies (ISV) in the world to jointly develop pipeline; build and maintain high quality relationships with key Coveo SI partners to grow our business.  
  • Build creative account strategies that focus on delivering the highest outcomes for our customers based on their very own operations. 
  • Work with our sales team identifying how we can move pipeline forward and explore with our marketing team new and creative ways of driving pipeline within your region. 
  • Identify and participate in key events to generate business opportunities. 
  • Speak fluently SaaS, AI and Commerce language to ensure you deliver value to our partners, prospects and customers.
  • Create comprehensive and compelling business proposals that expose the incredible value of Coveo in a Commerce context.  

Your "success profile" should reflect: 

  • Sufficient SaaS channel expertise to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. 
  • Sales Savvy – know how to build quality pipeline through strategic alliances (ISVs) and system integrators (SIs). 
  • Ability to prioritise and focus on revenue generating partners and activities. 
  • Good knowledge in SAP CX / Commerce and the SaaS AI space applied to Commerce. Knowledge of Enterprise Search solutions is a plus. 
  • Ability to speak German to cater to the DACH market is a HUGE plus.
  • Highly collaborative with good people skills. 
  • Preference for small team, start-up like environment.
