Our Implementation Expert!

In this role, you’ll become the go-to person for Coveo for Salesforce implementations being developed by our clients themselves (without a partner or our professional services). Deeply knowledgeable in Salesforce and Coveo (we will train you for that part) on the technical and business sides, you will coach, support and advise third-party implementations, making sure that Coveo is being set up in a way that optimizes our product’s value for our clients AND respects their business and technical requirements. You’ll be at the heart of the success of our key major accounts and will feel the effects of your great work for our most strategic customers on a daily basis.

There won’t be two days alike in this role, but one might look like :

  • Always start with a cup of coffee! Then, hop on an intro call with a customer! As the trusted business advisor for their Coveo for Salesforce project, you give them guidance on their business goals and the specs desired, establish milestones and plan how the success of Coveo will be monitored
  • Later, you catch up with a client’s scrum-team manager in charge of configuring and maintaining Coveo to ensure that they are on track and to answer any design and/or technical questions they have. As always, you’re there to give support and advice! They greatly appreciate your guidance and best practices expertise!
  • After a quick lunch, you have a look at how another customer’s Salesforce community is set up. They are ready to integrate Coveo components and this way you will have all the context you need to justify your implementation recommendations! You want to make sure we are constantly exceeding our customers’ expectations
  • You jump on a call with the product management team and share as much feedback as you can from your experience in the field. You also have a few questions about the latest release for them. Let’s call it a day!

You have a blend of great technical and business acumen?

First and foremost, we are looking for an influencer that will have the persuasion needed to convince customers of what they should do to succeed, but we also need a solid and credible tech enthusiast who can drive and coach our clients.

 Among other things, we will be looking for:

  • Experience in web development, enterprise software architecture and/or complex solutions deployment
  • A tech enthusiast
  • Experience with search and/or CRM platforms, a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability since this position will require occasional travel to customer sites and company offices across North America
  • Experience with Javascript and Salesforce would be amazing!
