Make learning a positive experience, every day!

Are you ready for a challenge? Do you want to build education materials that will allow our clients to master and benefit from the full power of our solutions? Coveo is looking for a talented team player to help us stay at the top of our game!

Your rigorous and innovative work will enable the education team to offer training content and learning paths that make implementing our products an enjoyable experience every day.

There won’t be a typical day in this role, but here is what one might look like:

  • Start the day with a delicious espresso or your favorite tea! Take a moment to chat with your colleagues either face to face or on Slack, answer your emails, and check your schedule for the day ahead.
  • After a weekly meeting with your team, you review and update the educational material you’re working on.
  • Time to join a scrum with other Coveans to collaborate on a project and tap into your SME’s knowledge.
  • After lunch, during which you played a quick game of ping pong in the relaxation zone, you work on developing new training material (courses, tutorials, certifications, etc.) – You have a talent for translating complex technical concepts into intelligible, engaging, and professional information.
  • It’s your last meeting of the day! In collaboration with your colleagues, you determine training objectives and strategies for Coveo’s latest product offering.
  • The day passed by so quickly! You leave the office or close your laptop already excited about tomorrow when you’ll develop tools to measure the impact of our training programs.

Challenge accepted?

As a Coveo Instructional Designer, you’ll work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and your colleagues are going to be as passionate as you are! Your expertise in developing pedagogically sound interactive and engaging training will be key in our customer’s experience.

Here is what will qualify you for the role :

  • At least 2  years of experience in a relevant role, including experience in instructional design
  • An ability to use typical learning technologies and tools – you’ll need knowledge of audio and video recording and editing tools, management of content using an LMS, as well as experience with online training. Some of your favorite tools: Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate or Storyline, PowerPoint, Figma
  • Communication skills (you know how to explain complex concepts in a clear and intuitive way) and you love sharing ideas with others

What would make you stand out:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or any higher diploma) in instructional design, educational technology or any other related field
  • Project management skills – you’ll have to handle projects starting from planning to deployment!
  • The knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Experience with SCORM/AICC/TinCan (familiarity with JIRA is a plus!)
  • Experience with Coveo, Salesforce you’ll win our heart!

This sounds like you? Send us your resumé and a cover letter and convince us that you are THE person we need to optimize the training experience of our customers! Join the #CoveoLife!
