Shape the Future of Our Core Platform Services
As a Fullstack Developer in the Research & Development organization team, you will be working at the core of the Coveo Platform™. The team’s mission is to provide R&D developers with services and UIs to manage the core platform features that are typically found in a SaaS.
As teams own their services and infrastructure, you will face challenges that span software development to cloud infrastructure management in AWS. The Organization team develops central systems that other development teams are using. As such, you will be collaborating closely with a variety of development teams to help them build features that use the services provided by your team.
Here is a glimpse at your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and their corresponding UIs.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of central services that power the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure that new features align with the overall system architecture and platform goals.
- Continuously monitor the health, performance, and uptime of backend systems, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
- Contribute to all phases of the development process, from system design and implementation to deployment and ongoing maintenance in production.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- A minimum of 5 years experience Fullstack Development within a cloud environment ( AWS an asset), with a good knowledge of Java, Typescript and React.
- Demonstrated experience in producing reusable code & work for large systems, with a complex infrastructure and/or with a large user base
- Exceptional resourcefulness and growth mindset
What would make you stand out:
- Knowledge of Spring Boot
- Experience with React and Typescript
- Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS
- Familiarity with CI systems such as Github Actions or equivalent

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
