Lead Coveo’s social media program 

Coveo is looking for a social media expert to lead and grow our social presence, to help our community in times of need, showcase customer heroes, share our value, and engage in conversations with meaning, purpose and empathy. 

Your mission will be to bring the Coveo brand to life, establishing Coveo’s position as the Experience Intelligence leader. Thanks to your social media expertise and and strong story-telling skills, you will orchestrate Coveo’s presence on our social platforms and beyond. 

We are looking for a hybrid Social Media Manager to virtually increase brand awareness with people we care about as we gear up for our next stage of growth. 

What is your day going to look like?

  • Start off by checking on the analytics dashboard hosted online and spot the B2B traffic drivers to present to your team
  • Adjust the focus on the next strategic point for core Coveo solutions  like Service, Commerce and Workplace to keep our customers, partners and community members up to speed
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing and Content Marketing teams to craft a cohesive narrative to bring the next thought-provoking social media campaign to life
  • Enable the internal influencers within the Coveo family to amplify the voice of the brand digitally
  • Act as the Evangelist for social media and advise internal leaders on growing their social presence
  • Take a glance at our social media presence and ensure that all content and channels meet our quality standards and guidelines
  • Scroll through your newsfeed to be on the latest trends in enterprise SaaS, AI, Cloud and our core industries

What will make you succeed in this role?

  • You’re passionate about technology, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in the B2B sector within a company, agency or both
  • You have proven results in growing audience and engagement in the tech industry, especially on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • You have a great understanding of the how an ecosystem of customers, partners and community can create value and you have at heart to keep them up to speed at anytime
  • You are analytical, creative and motivated by conversion
  • You have a high degree of ownership of your work and like to watch the positive results of your work
  • You are familiar with Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Asana experience is a plus
  • Being able to travel to our international offices and collaborate with the team in New York
