Experienced Partner Marketer to Lead Our Salesforce Partnership

Passionate about channel marketing within the SaaS space? Our Senior Channel Marketing Manager for Coveo for Salesforce role is responsible for building the marketing plan to drive new business pipeline for the solution. With a strong focus on marketing to and with our Salesforce corp, the function creates and runs the marketing calendar for the product, including awareness and education programs to Salesforce sellers, joint marketing programs with Salesforce (digital and field) and works with our field marketing team to build the plan around ecosystem events (World Tours, Dreamforce, etc). They work closely with the Coveo Alliances and Product Management teams to build strong relationships and educate key contacts inside the Salesforce sales and marketing organizations, and will build joint campaigns using the full range of marketing channels.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for establishing the goals, strategy and editorial content calendar of our marketing efforts specific to our Coveo for Salesforce Product - from planning to execution, including: 

  • Building the direct marketing plan and editorial calendar for the product, across all channels: AMP program, AppExchange listing & activation, Salesforce field events, joint webinars with Salesforce, etc. 
  • Build the editorial calendar and manage our different communication channels to reach our target personas inside Salesforce (Chatter Groups, Emails, Newsletter, Salesforce Community, Salesforce Blogs, etc)
  • Building strong relationships with Salesforce’ Partner and Product marketing teams globally to get visibility on sponsorship and collaboration opportunities. Build the plans to make the most out of these programs, and execute on them with our alliances team and the rest of the marketing team. 
  • Building and managing integrated marketing campaigns with Salesforce and our sales team to reach targeted lists of accounts
  • Build activation and referral programs for Salesforce sellers that align to overall pipeline development objectives. 
  • Closely monitor funnel and pipeline trends for the product, and adapt strategies based on channels and routes to market that are best performing. 

Your role is to extend our reach and awareness within targeted Salesforce teams to drive more referrals, and to partner with Salesforce to increase our reach among prospective buyers through joint campaigns. For that reason, you’ll have to keep track of measures like reach, engagement, referrals and pipeline assists.

  • 5-7 years of experience working in partner marketing or demand generation marketing within a B2B software/SaaS company
  • Experience in integrated marketing campaign planning
  • Experience creating content 'to and with' partners 
  • Proven ability to create great partner related content including sales decks, videos, presentations, infographics, web pages, etc. 
  • Event planning and management experience, including private and trade events. 
  • Knowledge of lead management and pipeline development processes and reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce as a partner
  • People person skilled in developing relationships across an ecosystem 
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
