In order to give our solutions a clear and compelling voice while achieving our business targets, we are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will help develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for acquiring new customers for our Coveo for Salesforce offerings for customer service.  

A story-teller & a strategic mind

You will need to be adept at building and telling a relevant and strategic narrative through the lens of customer personas and stories. You will need to be a credible partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Alliances and others to align pipeline growth with customer and partner needs, enable customer- and partner-facing teams, and position successfully against the competition.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Alliances to develop personas, market insights and competitive intelligence for Service Solutions use cases.
  • Develop compelling solution messaging and benefits that lead to Coveo’s differentiators and truly resonate with our target customers.
  • Collaborate with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to ensure integrated, market-tuned programs are building the pipeline.
  • Deliver impactful customer-facing assets and collateral that support our key solution messages.
  • Deliver sales and partner enablement tools to help with new customer acquisition and sales conversions.
  • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, analyst insights and market data to inform our product strategy and roadmap.
  • Manage the creation of a wide variety of high-impact marketing collateral and compelling content including web pages, presentations, case studies, videos, thought leadership and more.

What it will take to impress us:

  • A passionate product marketer with 1-3 years B2B software product marketing experience.
  • Experience driving the go-to-market strategy with product management, marketing, sales and others.
  • Be able to distill highly technical concepts into persuasive marketing content for diverse audiences.Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders will certainly help with that!
  • Prior experience at an enterprise search, personalization, content management, customer service or other marketing technology platform company.
  • Experience with Salesforce Clouds and/or ServiceNow a strong plus.
  • BA or BS in marketing, business, computer science/engineering or related field.
  • Ability to work cross-organizationally to align multiple stakeholders and teams, especially with Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Product Management.
  • Willing to travel 15% of the time.
