We are looking for a driven, analytical and operational Growth Analytics Manager to lead our prospects lifecycle analysis (the entire funnel).

You’ll be a key member of our growth team by creating data analytics tools which will successfully drive our marketing initiatives, dig into data, refine processes, and uncover and synthesize key insights in an understandable way. Using your expertise, you’ll help optimize our overall decision-making process - do more of what is working wonders and iterate on what can be improved, developing, piloting and implementing scalable marketing measurements, analytics, and executive reporting regarding marketing’s contribution to the business. 

Reporting to our Sr. Vice-President, Growth and Revenue Marketing, you will build up a team that will be mandated to analyze our results and to make recommendations on how to drive more leads.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead growth analytics vision, roadmapping and operational planning - measuring efficiency and performance of all lead generation activities
  • Participate in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing initiatives
  • Devise, build and maintain marketing dashboards -- including ensuring clear definitions are in place for all key metrics 
  • Drive the analysis and strategy of go-to-market segmentation and growth opportunities, from new customer acquisition to retention and advocacy
  • Track key marketing metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversions, channel, CAC…) to identify trends and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate and give guidance to our marketing leadership by creating regular reports to track the team’s progress
  • Lead the design, build and optimization of marketing experimentation frameworks
  • Participate in  funnel optimization across the acquisition org (Marketing, BD, Sales, etc)
  • Lead efforts towards standardized reporting
  • Be responsible for clean data flows across the marketing tech stack in collaboration with the marketing operations team 
  • Work directly with BI/IS on analysis efforts and collaborate closely with commercial operations
  • Lead special projects, such as QA’ing data, analyzing data oddities, building custom reporting, modelling and more

A data guru at the cornerstone of Marketing success

To be able to sustain our fast growth, we need someone with problem-solving skills and an inherent curiosity to apply advanced analysis techniques and help us make informed decisions. Indeed, this person will be results centred and highly organized.

To ensure the team's success here is what we’ll look at in your profile:

  • 5 years of experience (ideally B2B) dedicated to the analysis of CRM and marketing data (including pipeline processes, reporting and dashboard)
  • Understanding of sales and product life cycles and their respective pressures on the marketing organization to drive demand and revenue
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations
  • Expertise with Tableau/Looker, deep knowledge of Google Analytics, SQL

Nice to haves:

  • BS/MS in Statistics, Business fields, from a college or university, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake) and ETL (fivetran) tools is a great asset 
  • Marketing automation platforms experience (Salesforce and Marketo)
  • Mastery of formulas in Excel, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)
