As the field marketing programs manager, you will work with the greater marketing team (product, channel & acquisition marketing) and closely partner with our European account executives and SDRs to drive, build and localize marketing activities for our core EU markets (specifically UK/I, Benelux, DACH and the Nordics). 

In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns with the core focus of driving pipeline.  You will be responsible for leading and executing our field marketing activities including ABM, 3rd party integrated campaigns, virtual and/or live events and email campaigns.  In addition, you will also support the execution of channel field events. 

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Working with the wider EMEA team (Sales, BD, Alliances, CSMs) to help formulate and implement regional marketing strategies (top - mid - and lower- funnel), programs and campaigns - from concept to execution of all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with regional sales (BD, AEs, Alliances) and global marketing to identify goals, targets and budgets - and then develop strategic field marketing plans and tactics to deliver on those priorities - including  email campaigns, thought leadership, proprietary and non proprietary webinars, roundtables, events  and conferences.
  • Develop a programmatic approach for 1:1 and/or 1:few ABM regional strategy with clearly defined objectives for target accounts working closely with the EMEA sales and channel sales teams. 
  • Partner with our global digital team in planning and executing regional (hands -on) integrated digital campaigns: Including EMEA search optimization, email campaigns and nurture (both direct and channel), social media and content syndication.
  • Develop regional content including: case studies, blogs, thought leadership papers. 
  • Own, manage and track the regional marketing budget, track activity results and ROI by improving conversion rates to sales opportunities while managing costs efficiently. 
  • Own, manage and track the regional pipeline achievement metrics to meet quarterly goals. This includes forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the impact of marketing activities (campaigns and events) on sales pipeline, revenue and engagement activity.
  • Work closely with the BD team for inbound and outbound sales plays and marketing campaign lead follow-up. 
  • Ensure all stakeholders are well informed of marketing activities and effective promotion is planned and executed.

What we need from you:

  • 5+ years’ experience of lead generation and technology marketing experience, in a high-growth B2B SAAS company
  • Track record of working closely with enterprise sales teams 
  • Strong marketing automation experience, ideally with Marketo
  • Strong salesforce reporting skills 
  • Experience with 6Sense or similar (nice to have)
  • Experience delivering direct marketing campaigns end-to-end (events and digital) 
  • Experience in adopting and implement global campaigns at a regional level  
  • Strong collaborator that is able to work with internal stakeholders and drive coordination between marketing, product teams, sales, channel and other functions
  • Exceptional project, time management and stakeholder management skills with strong reporting and budgeting capability
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail
  • Flexible, proactive and an enthusiastic team player with an unrelenting drive to deliver revenue and results
