Are you a field marketing wiz?

This is our first ABM/Field Marketing hire and we are looking for a self-started that can be both hands-on and strategic. You will report to the SVP of Growth and Revenue Marketing and collaborate with the extended marketing org to execute a wide range of marketing programs to ultimately drive pipeline.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within targeted accounts and personas. You will act as liaisons between marketing and our sales & bd  teams to develop 1:1, and 1: few tactics designed to penetrate a specific set of targeted accounts. 

In a post-covid world, you will also travel as the on-site company lead to the events and trade shows you coordinate, and engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers as you help to educate our market on Coveo. As we grow, you will hire, train, and manage the global Field Marketing and ABM team.

This role can be office-based or fully remote in the US or Canada

In more details, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understand sales territory needs and develop the strategy and execute regional programs focused on driving pipeline for North America and Canada
  • Build a quarterly plan of campaigns and live / virtual events that support sales priorities and industries
  • Work closely with sales and acquisition marketing to create and execute strategic account marketing and ABM programs
  • Become the primary liaison with sales leadership and serve as the marketing counterpart to our Sales and BDR leaders
  • Be the voice of the field: meet regularly with sales leadership and account executives to know and understand what’s happening in market, what’s working and what’s not
  • Know the metrics for sales success on a daily and weekly basis and create tactics that support the day-to-day delivery of qualified sales leads for constant pipeline creation
  • Partner with key stakeholders in Product Marketing and Global Regional teams to align on strategy, plan, investments, and what success looks like
  • Partner with the VP of Global Acquisition programs to set global demand generation strategy and practices
  • Use data and analytics to draw insights & continually optimize campaigns; inform internal stakeholders of performance (eg: Content, PMM, Product teams)

What we need from you:

  • 7 to 10  years of demand generation experience in enterprise B2B technology
  • Proven success implementing strategic account, vertical and/or ABM marketing programs
  • Understanding of latest Cloud, SaaS and AI / Data Analytic trends
  • Understanding of how sales & marketing work together and are well-versed in what KPIs matter up and down the funnel
  • Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Foundational knowledge of key marketing automation and CRM tools (i.e. Marketo, and SalesForce.com)
  •  Thrive in a fast pace, collaborative environment
