We are looking for a communications superstar!

Coveo is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented communications professional to lead and execute our social media and internal communication program. This role will drive the strategy and management for internal communications, our corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) and social media employee advocacy platform, including strategy, content development, scheduling, copywriting, reporting and campaign execution. 

Your mission will be to bring the Coveo brand to life, establishing Coveo’s position as an AI-powered experience leader and leading employer. 

As Coveo’s internal communications lead, you will foster the Coveolife by developing and executing a communication strategy that will  develop a sense of belonging and mobilization for our 750 colleagues. This role will also have a critical impact on vertical alignment. 

As Coveo’s social media lead, you will own the social calendar, provide counsel to executives and cross-functional teams, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated plans and programs. You are a skilled storyteller with high attention to detail, a knack for bringing clarity to complex issues and you aren’t afraid to try and test new things to drive engagement and build our community. 

This role is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats and become a well-rounded communications professional. You are responsible for developing and amplifying Coveo’s thought-leadership and news to both internal and external audiences. A successful candidate will be a strategic thought leader who brings people together and a strong collaborator who can partner with various departments to achieve a desired goal, balancing ongoing requests with data-driven strategy. 

Here’s what a typical day in the role looks like:

  • Implement and test social-first programs (e.g., Twitter Chats, LinkedIn Live, Boosting) and robust activations for priority events and campaigns. 
  • Proactive and detailed content curation, including editorial calendar management, copywriting, creative development and alignment with priority campaigns and announcements. 
  • Relentless focus on brand and messaging consistency; responsible for superior quality assurance and standards across corporate channels. 
  • Work cross-functionally with executives, senior leadership and peers to meet priority communication objectives for internal and social channels.
  • Lead the shaping, development and execution of social media best practices across the company, including the administration of training and success of our employee advocacy program using Hootsuite Amplify. 
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests for crisis communications, news alerts, social amplification and cross-functional program support. 
  • Manage unexpected communication challenges with high judgment, speed and professionalism.

Must haves:

  • You’re passionate about technology, ideally with 5+ years experience in public relations, internal communications, content creation, social media or agency; contributing to a global corporate communications strategy. 
  • Deep knowledge of key social channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram is required, along with managing publishing platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva or others).  
  • Strong communication/presentation skills with experience presenting cohesive plans to senior management clearly and concisely, and getting their buy in. 
  • Ability to remain agile when managing multiple high-priority, high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong writing skills with deep understanding of spelling, AP Style and content structure. 
  • You are analytical, creative and quick with a high degree of ownership of your work.
  • Fully bilingual (French and English)

Nice to have:

  • Preferred degree in business, marketing communications, journalism or public relations.
