B2B marketing mastermind

To spread the word and grow our Service business, Coveo is looking for a full-funnel B2B Marketing Manager. 

At Coveo, Marketing Managers are the heart of our team’s work.  They are responsible for the planning, delivery, reporting, optimization of a variety of marketing campaign(s) and the outcomes from those campaigns in terms of yield, opportunity generation, revenue and learnings.   

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative and entrepreneurial B2B marketing manager – especially one who is passionate about digital marketing,  and journey experimentation – to contribute directly to the ongoing growth of the company. 

Run multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach Service leaders 

Working for the Head of Marketing for our Service line of business, the Marketing Manager will:  

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to build the annual and quarterly full-funnel marketing plan and establish the main programs to reach goals and objectives. This will include multi-channel campaigns with tactics such as advertising, social, events, webinars, and more. 
  • Shape our campaign plan -- including researching, selecting and managing paid sponsorships in service of lead gen goals, developing email nurturing and playbooks, budgeting, and quarterly planning and projections
  • Manage each campaign -- ensuring we have a strong brief and the key elements to ensure success (target list, personas, message & differentiators, and components of the campaign).  Ensure successful execution of programs and tactics from start to finish, using Asana and collaborating  across a matrix team.
  • Collaborate with Events, Channel, Digital and Account-based marketers to align our master campaign plan and strategy with the tactics they own and manage.  
  • Report on campaign performance and make recommendations on a bi-weekly basis (including Leads engaged, # of MQLs/SALs/SQLs generated, spent & results vs targets, etc)
  • Continuously optimize campaign elements (nurture, ad creative, testing of offers, messaging updates, budget adjustments, etc.) based on the performance of the components and weekly feedback loops
  • Ensure strong collaboration with the Business Development team to maximize performance and facilitate lead handoff through weekly feedback loops, detailed briefs on programs, enablement sessions, etc.

Are you a marketing expert who’s excited about emerging technologies & strategies ?

The ideal candidate has: 

  • 5+ years’ experience of high-growth B2B Saas marketing management experience, ideally focused on lead and pipeline creation 
  • Experience creating marketing plans and executing thoughtful and innovative campaigns that generate interest and demand 
  • Strong Marketo and Salesforce experience
  • Experience managing full-funnel campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to think and execute strategically and creatively
  • A results-oriented mindset
  • The ability to adapt to rapid changes
  • A go-getter attitude - you will make things happen, even when there is ambiguity

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience managing presence at trade shows
  • Experience with or understanding of the customer service operations of companies (self-service, contact centers, knowledge management, etc.) is a plus
