The Technical Support team at Coveo consists of data-driven problem solvers that are divided into Support Delivery and Support Enablement. If the Support Delivery team is the engine that drives the Support operations and ensures customer satisfaction while solving their problems, then the Support Enablement team is the oil. We are looking for a driven and curious intern to support the Enablement’s team Internal Development Program to ensure knowledge sharing, upskilling and competence development for all members of the Technical Support team.
What would your typical day look like?
- You start your day off with a cup of your morning beverage of choice and a check-in with your coach to plan today’s work.
- You plan the next steps of your main project, the reauthoring of the Technical Support training library: Which module will you tackle today, which interactive elements will you implement, which feedback forms will you analyze, and which subject matter expert do you want input from?
- Before lunch, you hop on a call with a stakeholder to gain more insights before gathering the focus group for the training creation process improvement project you are leading. Your work will surely help your fellow technical support colleagues.
- It’s already lunch time! Maybe you attend one of the company’s lunch & learn sessions as you seek to benefit from your colleagues’ expertise.
- In the afternoon, you attend the Enablement team’s weekly team meeting to hear what your teammates are up to and learn from their areas.
- You participate in the Sprint Review of LevelUp (Coveo’s internally built Learning Management System) to hear which cool, new features that will be deployed this week.
- The day is coming to an end! You’ve learned so much in a day, you look back and assess your contribution in cultivating excellence, already looking forward to tomorrow! Until then, you join your colleagues for a Smash tournament to celebrate your successes.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree in one of the following programs; Education Technology, Human Resources, Human Relations, Management with an emphasis on learning and development (or any related program).
- Strong interest in learning & development/Instructional design.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-accountability; always finding ways to learn and explore while keeping the end-user experience in mind. You have a continuous improvement mindset.
- You are proud of what you create; you strive to grow and are results-driven.
- You have good organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail.
- You like project management and understand the value of stakeholder management.
- You have adequate english writing as communication skills ; as in this role you will speak on a daily basis with english stakeholders regarding complex technical and non technical topics.
Do you also possess the following skills? That’s Great:
- You have a flare for visual design.
- You have an interest in technology and the SaaS industry.
- You have previous experience of eLearning tools, particularly Adobe Captivate, video and audio editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Audacity), and Learning Management Systems or similar tools.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work on simultaneous projects, and flex in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage up when encountering challenges.
