As a member of our talent acquisition team, you’ll have to work in close collaboration with our managers to make sure to find the gem that they are looking for. You’ll also be involved in different HR marketing projects to share the word about Coveo as an outstanding employer! 

The day-to-day of a recruitment coordinator:

  • The discussion with your team gave you a clear idea of what you have to do: you know understand what kind of profile we are looking for and you are now ready to help the team establish a hiring plan
  • With the help of the recruiters, you start to write the job description. It needs to be attractive and in both French and in English - you’re going to reach more people that way!
  • Now that you have written a perfect description of the job, you make sure to get to the candidate you’re looking for by doing an extended search on LinkedIn, Indeed, and our competitors. You elaborate a list of prospects to share with your team
  • You love when things are organized, that’s why you keep track of all of our prospects and candidates in our ATS, Greenhouse
  • To be certain that we do not miss our chance of meeting the perfect candidate, you also promote our open positions on social media with the help of our Talen Brand Advisor
