The Customer Success team  is the pulse of our organization, fostering relationships, offering

best practices for search and knowledge management with Coveo Customers across the globe. Customer Operations is an essential function of  our on-boarding process. Our subscription-based model use- cases drives teams such as customer success to analyze a client’s pain point and ultimately demonstrate how to best optimize Coveo’s solution. 

As our Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to support and  work closely with our operations manager who is responsible for aligning with leadership and other team members to deliver, communicate, document and measure the different strategic goals for the Customer Success team. You will be presented with new and exciting challenges to help create and develop the initiatives that support our customer success managers.

Here’s a snapshot of what your typical day could look like :

  • You start your day with a stand-up meeting with the operations team. You will discuss priorities for the next two weeks as well as discuss the status of work that’s been assigned. 
  • Your knowledge of the scrum methodology will now come in handy when you’re asked to improve scrum practices.
  • Now that your stand-up is over it’s up to you to draft our operations update based on the work delivered and changes impacting Customer Success over the last two weeks.
  • It's lunch time already! You take some well-deserved time off and attend a lunch and learn elaborated specifically for our cohort of interns. It’s the perfect opportunity to network with your peers!
  •  After lunch it’s time to jump on a call with the CS business analyst, he identified potential new data points that might be worth analyzing. You’ll have to help him uncover any possible trends as well as work with the BI team to get this data in Snowflake.
  • Later that afternoon, the operations team is meeting with Customer Success leaders. You’re invited to help prepare and document meeting agendas and follow-up items.  You’ll also report on how our recent team Lunch & Learn  helped improve the visibility and use of a new sales process that impacts the team. 
  • Finally, you meet with your mentor to discuss possible solutions to a challenge that arose in one of your assigned projects. You bring your project management skills to collaborate with another team at Coveo or help you elaborate on some out-of-box solutions you’ve come up with. 

Are you our next intern superstar ? 

We want to hear from you if;

  • You are  currently completing a Bachelor's degree; ideally with a focus in project management or supply chain and operations or any related field 
  • You have the ability to understand, deconstruct and map complex problems
  • You have  strong communication skills; you are comfortable with public speaking and delivering  presentations 
  • You have prior experience in  project management or an equivalent skillset 
  • You have proficient analytical skills and attention to details; you can manage multiple projects independently
  • You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel and PPT) 
  • You  can communicate easily in English and French (an asset)

Extra qualities that will catch our attention: 

  • You are curious; you are not afraid to ask questions and you are always willing to learn 
  • You have additional knowledge of scrum methodology 
  • You are  self driven and passionate about a career in the  tech world 
  • You have a strong business acumen and lead with a proactive mindset
  • You have experience with Tableau or any other data visualization tool
