You will be presented with new and exciting challenges to help create and develop the initiatives that support our customer success managers.

Do you have an equal love for both technology and driving customer success? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

  •  After lunch it’s time to jump on a call with the CS business analyst, he identified potential new data points that might be worth analyzing. You’ll have to help him uncover any possible trends as well as work with the BI team to get this data in Snowflake.
  • Later that afternoon, the operations team is meeting with Customer Success leaders. You’re invited to help prepare and document meeting agendas and follow-up items.  You’ll also report on how our recent team Lunch & Learn  helped improve the visibility and use of a new sales process that impacts the team.
  • Finally, you meet with your mentor to discuss possible solutions to a challenge that arose in one of your assigned projects. You bring your project management skills to collaborate with another team at Coveo or help you elaborate on some out-of-box solutions you’ve come up with.
