Are you up for a challenge: The cross between operations and fostering relationships?
The Customer Success team is the pulse of enhancing client experiences , fostering relationships, and providing insight on the best practices for search and knowledge management with Coveo Customers across the globe.
As an intern in the team, you’ll have the opportunity to support the customer success operations and work alongside the operations manager who is responsible for aligning with leadership and other team members to deliver, communicate, document and measure the different strategic goals for the Customer Success team. You will be presented with new and exciting challenges to help create and develop the initiatives that support our customer success managers.

So, what’s a typical day like ?
- You start your day with a stand-up meeting with the operations team. You will discuss priorities for the next two weeks as well as discuss the status of work that’s been assigned.
- After your stand-up meeting you’ll finish testing a new process you’ve been working on. Using Gainsight - the main piece of software used by the team, you have helped design a flow that automates the gathering of customer feedback and distribution to our product teams.
- Gainsight is a software platform that is used in order to get a comprehensive view of our customers, uncover trends and risks, and empower our team to scale our activities.
- Following that, you dive back into your change management plan for an upcoming feature release for Gainsight. You’ll need to think about the best way to communicate these changes and how to measure our success with the new feature.
- It's lunch time already! You take a well-deserved break and attend one of the lunch & learns designed especially for interns!
- After lunch you’ll meet with a Team Lead for one of the Customer Success teams. They have gotten feedback on some internal processes and would be looking to bring in automation and efficiency gains. You’ll sit down and chat about their specific needs and propose some potential solutions that the Operations team could deliver.
- Later that afternoon, the operations team is meeting with Customer Success leaders. You’re invited to report on how our recent team Lunch & Learn helped improve the visibility and use of a new sales process that impacts the team. They also announce the newest target for one of the metrics of the customer health score, it’s up to you to propose a plan on how to enable and support the team to meet it.
- Finally, you meet with your mentor to discuss possible solutions to a challenge that arose in one of your assigned projects. They may ask you to collaborate with another team at Coveo or help you elaborate on some out-of-box solutions you’ve come up with.

- You are currently completing a Bachelor's degree; ideally with a focus in project management or operations or any related field
- You have the ability to understand, deconstruct and map complex problems
- You have a knack for identifying opportunities for automation and scalable processes
- You have an eye for data and are comfortable turning a spreadsheet into an inspiring story
- You are an analytical thinker; numbers are where you thrive!
- You can communicate perfectly in English. You also speak French ? That’s even better !

- You are curious; you are not afraid to ask questions and you are always willing to learn
- You are highly organized and autonomous you also pay exclusive attention to details

- You have prior knowledge or experience with Salesforce and Gainsight or any other systems in a CRM ecosystem.
- You have additional knowledge of scrum methodology
- You have a strong business acumen and lead with a proactive mindset
- You have experience with Tableau or any other data visualization tools
