Help push sales further through marketing

Coveo’s marketing team plays an integral part in helping the company grow. They are the engine that feeds the rest of our commercial organisation. The Campaign Manager is responsible for the planning, delivery, reporting, optimization of a variety of marketing campaign(s) and the outcomes from those campaigns in terms of yield, opportunity generation, revenue and learnings.

It’s an exciting opportunity for a creative and entrepreneurial marketing manager – especially one who is passionate about digital marketing, marketing automation and journey experimentation – to contribute directly to the ongoing growth of the company. 

Bring to life creative and successful B2B campaigns

Working closely with the product marketing and content teams, and based on our solution targeting, campaigns narratives and buyer journey, you will: 

  • Build the brief for the campaign, which is an overview of the target list, personas, message & differentiators, and components of the campaign
  • Leading the cross-functional team that will support in executing and delivering the campaign: Product marketing, channel marketing, content team, marketing ops, creative, web team, and advertising teams
  • Project manage the delivery in Asana, distributing the work and giving the other team members the context and briefs they need to deliver on emails, new assets, creative, BD reports or ad campaigns 
  • But also execute yourself -- including researching and selecting and managing paid sponsorships in service of lead gen goals, developing email nurturing and playbooks, and quarterly planning and projections
  • Put together webinar and event programs from start to finish, leading the project management of the content creation, set up the marketing automation flows, build the follow-up plan and collaborate with the BD team on lead hand-off. 
  • Collaborate with the Channel Marketing team (and Product Marketing team) on the direct and channel marketing strategy for the campaign, and how our channel ecosystem can be used to amplify the campaign or educate or benefit our partners
  • Report on campaign performance and make recommendations on a bi-weekly basis (including Leads engaged, # of MQLs generated, spent & results VS targets etc)
  • Lead the team in taking optimization decisions and next steps: nurture optimization, ad creative optimization, testing of offers, messaging updates, budget adjustments, etc. - based on the performance of the components and weekly feedback loops

Are you tech savvy and interested in emerging technologies & strategies ?

The ideal candidate has: 

  • 5-7 years’ experience of lead generation and technology marketing experience, in a high-growth B2B SAAS company
  • Strong Marketo experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to think and execute strategically and creatively
  • A results-oriented mindset
  • The ability to adapt to rapid changes

Nice to haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on marketing
  • Comfort with HTML and understanding of mobile email marketing best practices
