Building excitement, demand and pipeline with Coveo Partners

Coveo is seeking an energetic, curious & great team-player Partner Specialist to help maintain and grow our Partnerships. The partner specialist plays a vital role to connect the dots to help early stage prospects (and partners with early stage prospects) see the value of Coveo to create a more qualified pipeline for the Coveo sales teams.

In a highly visible and valuable role – with collaboration across our marketing, products, alliances and sales teams – the partner specialist uses all available sources to identify, nurture and develop early stage interest in Coveo to become qualified pipeline for Coveo sales and our Partners

There won’t be a typical day in that role, but here’s a hint on your main responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain key partnerships with SIs and Digital Agencies in multiple ecosystems across North America. 
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners by engaging with the SDR team, identifying prospects with prospective partners and evaluating the mutual benefits of partnership. 
  • Help drive business and technical enablement with new and existing partners.
  • Continually, identify new sales leads with all partners and maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners
  • Nurture partner pipeline in conjunction with inside sales so it becomes sales ready.
  • Work with marketing and sales to develop and execute a strategic partnership pipeline of on-going events and activities
  • Drive partners/prospects to meet Coveo at events (i.e. Roadshows, webinars) 
  • Regularly attend and present to various user groups within the partner ecosystems 
  • Strong collaboration internally across our marketing, alliances, product and sales teams across North America.

You should also have, among others:

  • 2 years of experience building partnerships of business development.
  • Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Always willing to learn.
  • A strong team spirit: Much of the work is highly collaborative & cross functional in nature.
  • Charismatic.  Building lasting relationships is key.
  • Strong presenter who can tailor a deck for a particular audience
  • Outgoing, sociable and comfortable engaging with new people at a variety of events.
