This role of Partner Enablement Manager requires a balance of technical expertise with a strong 'get it done' mentality. In your role, you will be focused on growing the technical abilities of our strategic partners. Success will require teaming with a variety of stakeholders, internally and externally, so interpersonal skills will be key.

You will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Coveo platform (Commerce or Service focused), evangelize and be active in our community channels. By consulting on architecture, indexing, searching, machine learning and UI best practices, you will enable partners to be successful selling Coveo along with helping them get the most out of their Coveo investment.


There won’t be any typical day in this position, but some priorities to focus on:

  • Act as the technical counterpart to our Partner Executives: join calls, help answer technical questions during the partner discovery phase, and craft implementation strategies
  • To enable partners, you will guide them through the implementation process, designing and performing on-site trainings, and encouraging them to become certified
  • Troubleshoot key customer implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive successful resolution
  • Nurture key technical stakeholders within our strategic partners to elevate their abilities with our products, with the ultimate aim of unlocking new opportunities
  • Provide valuable feedback from our system integrator (SI) partners to our product team 
  • Contribute to improving  processes and practices towards team excellence,  happiness & client/partner satisfaction

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who will thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. The perfect candidate will combine excellent communication skills, proven technology implementation within the enterprise search industry, and a “self-starter” attitude. 

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical / enablement / consulting / architectural role
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills required
  • Recommended proficiency in Javascript/HTML/CSS for Frontend 
  • A huge plus if you have experience with UI Frameworks like Typescript, ReactJS, AngluarJS, VueJS. Also some experience with back-end coding scripting \ in Python and object oriented programming languages (C#, Java or related)
  • Proficiency deploying API first, headless commerce composable solutions along with familiarity consuming REST API from client side application and building single page applications.
  • Ability to evangelize Coveo’s products across entry-level, highly experienced experts, enterprise architects and senior business executives
  • Experience in a customer or channel technical management role 

Nice to have: 

  • Familiarity with Coveo and/or Search technologies
  • Implementation experience with one of these platforms (but not limited to):
    • Salesforce Service Cloud
    • SAP Hybris Commerce / CX
  • You have a strong technical enterprise-level computer software background supporting large or enterprise customers in a SAAS environment
  • B.A. or higher in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a definite plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered
