The person managing our policies and their compliance

You have a degree in human resources management and are passionate about HR?  Do you have a great “get things done” attitude in what you do and would like to broaden your skills by working in several different jurisdictions such as the United States and Europe? The Challenge


In partnership with the HR team, you will have to fulfill several critical operational mandates. All of this in an autonomous and rigorous manner. You will become the subject matter expert for a multitude of HR policies and you will be encouraged to make all the necessary improvements to ensure the smooth operation of this critical discipline for nearly 760 employees across North America and Europe. 


Some of the responsibilities in your day to day: 

  • Drive the continuous improvement and the documentation strategy of HR policies and processes;
  • Keep an eye out for any new and various laws or regulations that could impact our HR practices;
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure the compliance of our various processes;
  • Participate in the integration of employees and consultants within the company to ensure compliance;
  • Act as a front-line agent to answer questions from employees and managers regarding HR policies;
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to the creation and administration of company programs;
  • Administrate processes in our HR systems (Mainly Workday & Service Now).

The "must have" in your profile: 

  • A degree related to Human Resources
  • 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in HR. Tell us about a project you're proud of and the impact it has had
  • Bilingualism French-English (an absolute must in written and verbal) 


The "nice to have":

  • A strong interest for technology and the HR world: you keep informed regularly on those 2 subjects
  • You are hyper-structured and your attention to detail is legendary
  • You'll know how to sell us what you can bring to the company in an interview
