Develop the business teams of a Canadian leader in AI

The talent acquisition team is a key component of our success. Here's your chance to take full leadership of the recruitment process for Coveo's business teams. The word to remember here is "leadership": you are expected to be creative and proactive, and to develop effective and innovative strategies to fill our various positions in the department. More precisely, you will:

  • Take requirements for senior positions from department managers, directors and VPs
  • Lead, develop and expand the department's recruitment strategy through sourcing and digital campaigns in North America and the UK
  • Write compelling job descriptions in English and French for the various target markets, ensuring fair processes and a flawless candidate experience
  • Lead the entire recruiting process, qualifying candidates and guiding them through the steps to be documented in our ATS
  • Maintain and develop a high quality customer service relationship with internal stakeholders, manage external resources when necessary (recruitment agencies), put in place innovative projects and ideas to find, attract and aquire candidates
  • Work with our multiple automation tools for interview scheduling, sourcing and testing
  • Work on some exciting side projects - learning about our tech or the latest talent acquisition best practices that we can implement. We always challenge the status quo at Coveo!

What will make your job easier:

  • A team that will support you in your projects: Branding and HR Marketing, HR Administration and a team of recruiters who also have at heart the quality of the team to build
  • A well-stocked toolbox: No Excel files! Goodtime, Greenhouse, Workday, Asana, Confluence, etc. Everything to make your job easier and focus on your primary tasks!
  • A company with a recognized quality product and team: the people you approach will quickly see the value of the product they will promote, which will make your job much easier!
  • Hybrid work mode: in office or from home depending on how you feel that day.

Here's what will qualify you for the job:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, or a combination of recruiting and business development
  • You have a business mindset: for you, recruiting is also sales and it requires lots of strategy and consistency
  • You have impeccable English, both written and spoken, and your French is also pretty solid.

And here is the icing on the cake that will make us jump on your application:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in administration or any other relevant degree,
  • You love technology and have a keen curiosity for complex sales cycles, and you’re well connected in the business world
  • You are organized and detail-oriented - this role requires a lot of follow-through and managing competing priorities
  • You are unbeatable at prospecting for candidates online and have a knack for generating interest from the first cold call
  • You know how to use your emotional intelligence to identify candidates, ask the right questions, create a unique experience, and identify super stars
  • You are open to growing by experimenting: you are not afraid of a challenge, at worst, it doesn't work, you learn and improve!
