Join us as our Senior Total Rewards Analyst, where you’ll get the ownership of designing and implementing forward-thinking compensation and benefits programs that attract top talent, foster engagement, and fuel business success.
In this role, you’ll use your expertise to develop strategic rewards initiatives, analyze market trends, and ensure our offerings remain competitive in an ever-evolving landscape. As a trusted partner to leaders across the organization, you’ll deliver actionable insights, autonomously manage major programs, and influence decision-making at all levels.
As our Senior Total Rewards Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and optimize rewards strategy: Create innovative and competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals to attract top talent.
- Compensation advisory: Provide expert guidance to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation policies and best practices.
- Market analysis and benchmarking: Conduct market research to evaluate roles, maintain a competitive compensation database, and manage annual survey participation.
- Compensation operations: Lead the annual compensation review cycle in collaboration with HR teams.
- Benefits oversight: Manage benefits provider relationships and support plan updates.
- Data analytics: Deliver workforce metrics and insights, including pay equity assessments, to inform decision-making.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- Over 5 years of experience in a compensation-focused role.
- Skilled in analyzing complex datasets, drawing insights, and utilizing advanced Excel for modeling and visualization.
- Strong business acumen, able to simplify and communicate complex concepts to various audiences.
- Proven ability to lead major initiatives and deliver results effectively.
What will make you stand out:
- Proven ability to lead and take ownership of major initiatives, driving them to successful completion.
- Experience managing and designing long-term incentive programs.
- Familiarity with compensation practices and trends in the technology sector.
