You’ll work closely with GTM executive leaders, acting as a strategic partner to design, attract, and scale teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Partnerships. As one of our Senior GTM Talent Partner, you will:

  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across our go-to-market functions, aligning hiring priorities with Coveo’s growth objectives and revenue strategy.

  • Act as a strategic talent partner to GTM executive leaders and senior managers, contributing to strategic hiring discussions and advising on talent strategy, market conditions, and scalable team design.

  • Design and execute inclusive, high-quality recruitment processes across North America and Europe, from crafting compelling job descriptions to structuring fair, competency-based interviews, while ensuring rigorous documentation and data integrity within our applicant tracking system (ATS) and related tools.

  • Build and refine long-term talent attraction strategies, proactively identifying target talent pools and strengthening Coveo’s positioning to consistently attract and engage top-performing GTM profiles.

  • Leverage recruitment data, market intelligence, and industry trends to continuously refine sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation approaches to elevate hiring quality and predictability.

  • Represent Coveo in targeted talent attraction initiatives, industry events, and community engagements (including occasional evenings or weekends), reinforcing our presence within key GTM talent ecosystems.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on go-to-market recruitment (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships) within complex, fast-growing organizations.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior GTM leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions through data-driven insights and market expertise.

  • Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple regions, including proactive sourcing and structured, competency-based interviewing.

  • Strong understanding of GTM talent markets, including revenue-generating and customer-facing roles, with the ability to engage highly competitive profiles with credibility and depth.

What will make you stand out:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue models, pipeline generation, and customer lifecycle dynamics.

  • Experience supporting high-growth or scaling GTM organizations within the technology (ideally SaaS) space across North America and Europe.

  • Track record of building proactive talent pipelines in competitive, performance-driven markets.

  • Comfort using recruitment analytics and market intelligence to influence workforce planning and elevate hiring quality.
