Do you thrive in fast-moving environments where advising, complex case management, and continuous improvement intersect? In this role, you’ll support employees and leaders through nuanced HR matters: immigration, leaves, compliance, benefits and much more. All while strengthening the consistency and quality of our people operations!
You’ll join a transforming HR Shared Services team, contributing to process redesign, automation, and documentation, all with the goal of making our operations as efficient and frictionless as possible for our employees. As a trusted advisor, you’ll tackle complex files, elevate team practices, and bring curiosity, resilience, and fresh thinking to an evolving ecosystem that depends on strong partnership and scalable solutions.
As our Senior HR Advisor, you will:
- Act as a subject-matter expert on immigration files, leave management (disability, maternity, paternity, work accidents), involuntary departures, etc.
- Collaborate with HR Business partners, Legal, Finance, and key leaders to provide guidance.
- Improve HR processes and documentation with an employee-centric approach, challenging the status quo thoughtfully.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational frameworks, balancing rigor with adaptability.
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base to support scalable and consistent HR practices.
- Analyze information across diverse HR topics to support strategic decision-making.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- At least 5 years of HR experience with the proven ability to advise and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Curiosity and autonomy in investigating answers to new or unprecedented questions, using judgment and resourcefulness to find the right path forward.
- Demonstrated rigor and flexibility in managing priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Bilingual communication skills, to support our international employees and multi-jurisdictional HR operations.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience in a Shared Services, HR Operations or multi-stakeholder HR model.
- In-depth knowledge of Quebec and Canadian labor standards and specialized HR domains.
- Ability to operate both collaboratively and autonomously, leading cross-team initiatives when needed.
- A proactive, improvement-driven mindset focused on optimizing processes and enhancing the employee experience.

This role requires you to be in the office full-time, whether it be at our Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations. Our modern infrastructures are designed to enhance cross-team collaboration and promote overall well-being.

Our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London and Weert are designed to foster collaboration and your well-being. We gather there on our pillar days two times a week to strengthen in-person interactions and encourage creativity, all while providing you with the flexibility of a hybrid environment.
