An L&D visionary with the tactical experience to make things happen...

Coveo is looking for an experienced, motivated L&D Program Manager to lead our learning strategy and operationalize our roadmap. In this role, you will be on a mission to develop and deliver ambitious employee growth initiatives, including leadership development programs, technical training projects, and the constant advancement of our peer-to-peer learning initiatives. We’re looking for a natural relationship builder, as this role requires constant collaboration with functional leaders, subject matter experts, and many other stakeholders.

As our Learning & Development Program Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the strategy and end-to-end delivery of our learning programs.
  • Manage our L&D roadmap and establish its priorities.
  • Coach leaders and subject matter experts on learning strategies that support professional growth and business outcomes.
  • Work alongside Coveo Level Up’s product team on the introduction of new features and the constant evolution of our internal LMS.
  • Develop corporate training content and support internal stakeholders in the creation and adoption of their own learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on L&D KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities.

Is this opportunity for you?

This role provides the opportunity to have a concrete, lasting impact on the professional development of 700+ team members across North America and Europe. Are you skilled at managing and coordinating competing priorities? Are you known for being driven and self-motivated? Can you thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment? Do you have a passion for learning? If so, keep reading!

Here is what will qualify you for the role

  • Proven experience in a related field – project/program management, learning & development, etc;
  • Having a strong understanding of (and passion for!) learning and development, and/or adult learning principles.
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • This role requires you to be comfortable creating content in French and English for our employees located in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

What would make you stand out

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Data-driven: the objective is for our training initiatives to be relevant and impactful. Investments we make should be motivated by concrete and actionable data;
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to tie decision-making to business outcomes.
  • Experience working with an LMS.

Do you think you can bring this role to life? Or add your own colour? You don’t need to check every single box; passion goes a long way and we appreciate that skillsets are transferable.
